I don't think the vets office will answer it. I weight her on the human scale - I weighted myself alone and then with her on my hands but it was never done on her empty stomach. I actually might do it tonight prior to the shot.
On 03/01 she was 6.5 lbs at the clinic ; several days ago I used the above described method at home after food and water, she was 7.8 lbs. It is very approximate number. She is 3.5 - 3.75 on the condition scale.

It does sounds very reassuring to me. If it is only nervousness it will pass with time. She has been to greens on more than several occasions but lately she clearly was distressed, irritated, had diluted pupils, dull eyes of a sickly kitty and depressed, down demeanor.
Is there any feline condition that can make her being in greens physically uncomfortable or painful?
 
I've heard it as being a comparison to drinking coffee. If you are used to lots of coffee (high numbers), then when you go without (normal numbers), you feel icky. Neko used to be most playful in low pinks, then over time that thankfully changed to low blues and she was miserable in pink.
 
I want to take back my earlier assessment of Ducia's body condition score. It is rather 3.25 not overly optimistic 3.5 - 3.75 I posted earlier.
