J.D. ate well last night, and I gave him his Bupe (which I am having a hard time figuring out how to measure*) at +3.5, and he still seems a little wobbily this morning, but not too bad. This morning, he got cypro, Ondansetron, and some Miralax in his first meal.

He did jump up and lay on me again in the middle of the night apurring away. He just peed and pooed, so maybe he didn't need the Miralax afterall :roll: .

He seems to sleep all night in one place, which is probably because of the bupe.

*I guess I'll have to take this bupe and syringe to a pharmacy to ask them how the syringe works. The vet gave me 1.5cc (which is a tiny amount and equals 1 and 1/2 of the 1mg syringe). They drew a line at the bottom of the syringe to show me where 0.1mg is, but the plunger is funky. It's got a regular top of the plunger, and then a thing that sticks out from the top of it that fits into the pointed end of the syringe. I guess, I am to ignore the thing that sticks out and just look at the plunger. Anyway, I've been giving him about 0.05 of the Bupe at night only.

Right now J.D. is hanging out in the kitchen, laying on the kitchen rug like he's waiting for shrimp to thaw out.
...so, I just went and gave him a piece of steak.

I couldn't measure the bupe when Tray was on it so the vet finally gave me pre filled syringes. Hope you figure it out and you and J.D. have a lovely day.

Hi guys .. when we had to give mocha bupe, it was also in prefilled syringes .. But I am happy to hear that J.D. is feeling better .. hope you guys have a great day!
 
J.D. greeted me at the door. Okay, he got up from his bed when I opened the door, so he wasn't sitting there waiting, but it's good enough :cool:
He went outside after his shot, and then came in for some steak pieces.
He seems pretty good.

ETA: and my tummy ache is getting a little better :roll: I expected it to be gone as soon as I got home from work yesterday and saw that J.D. was okay..

My boss, just told me that one of my two employees will not be in for at least another week. I went into his office and sat down and said I have this stomach ache from stress and I can not add another thing on. If I have to work extra hours, no problem, but can I bring J.D. to work, if I do? And he said "Of course." :-D That's a relief. :YMSIGH:
 
So great you can take J.D. to work with you and I am so pleased to hear that you are both feeling a little better :-D
 
Glad that J.D. is doing better. I hope you will feel 100% very soon.
I hope J.D. has fun at work tomorrow, maybe he can help you.
How many words per minute does he type on the computer? :lol:
 
I'm glad J.D. is feeling a bit better. I hope your stomach ache goes away too. Sorry you have to work extra when all this is going on. :sad:

More healing vines for J.D., and some for your stomach ache, too! I'm glad he's feeling a bit better. Has he gone to work with you before? Maybe you can put up some computer games for him to play in the office. :smile:
