Good morning Dyana and JD! Glad you are getting to go btb this morning...will be heading there myself, was supposed to be there by now, but decided to visit some condos this morning first and was just getting ready to head there when I saw your condo.
Oh, don't you just hate those trips to RBC...I don't know why there is such a place, lol! Going to be checking back later to make sure that JD has decided to leave.
Ok, now btb for me, not even going back to LL cuz if I do, I'll probably stay there a bit more. Hope you guys have a great Caturday and JD...green....think green!

I didn't get much btbing this morning. I tried for about 20 minutes, but had too much on my mind, I guess. J.D. was doing his usual of laying on top of my head and purring up a storm. That was nice, but I couldn't get back to sleep, so I got up. After about 15 minutes of being up, I went back to see what J.D. was doing, and he was still in the same place on my pillow waiting for me to come back to bed.
J.D. was 264 at +2, and 144 at +3.
My neighbor came over to help show me how to take wallpaper off my bathroom walls, and
I was showing him neighbor how J.D. steals the Cat Treats. He gets up on the coffee table
and then
he puts his whole head in the bag and lifts his head skyward and all you can see is his throat swallowing the treats as they fall into his mouth.
After that he went outside and got some sun
and had a little snooze
and then
he threw up his cat treats :cry:

He was 84 after throwing up at +6.25
Then he had a little lunch
and now he's surfing the green
He was 89 at +7
And, now back to work...

Nice day for you and JD!!! pmps really close to Scrabble's! I will not be home tonight (tbp!)so I am hoping Mr Scrabble does not decide to pull one of his dropping episodes!!! Off Sunday and Monday so he can drop all he wants then (are you listening Scrabble?) Hope your night goes well and you surf the greens!!!!

J.D.'s ears are so sore. He has a huge scab on the one ear that bleeds better, and the other ear has been poked so many times it's raw and tenderized - if only it didn't take 4 pokes each time on the raw and tenderized ear to get enough blood. And he still has tonight, and all day tomorrow for my poke-fest. Bet, he'll be happy this week, when I go to work on Monday :roll:
He is doing so well, today. I am proud of him. He is waiting outside next to the barbeque for the steaks to be done.
Just like he waits patiently in the kitchen for the shrimp to thaw. He's so silly.

Nice cycle today! Yay!
:sad: Hate to here about lil man's ears... can you maybe give him a lil rest? I freehand & use a washcloth to give the ear something to lay on.. since those lil ears are so flimsy.. then just quick prick the middle of the tip of the ear & Bam I have blood.. I then hold pressure to the ear for about 10 seconds & Baby shows no sign of stress to the ears.

They got a bunch of pieces of steak for dinner (their 3rd dinner), but my cats are still hanging out at the barbeque, looking for crumbs? trimmings? J.D. will lick the raw blood from the plate, if I leave it in his reach after I put the meat on the barby.

I asked "is this temporary?" and my boss said to expect it for a year. Heaven help me. At least if I look try to look on the possitive side, I actually gain a day to test. I'll still get 4 days off out of 2 weeks, and I can test him on the Sundays he comes to work with me. But, J.D. doesn't get great numbers all the time, like your Baby does. We are not so used to them. They are still very exciting for me. (even though, I've been doing this for everrr) And, he could drop at any minute. Sorry, I'll shut up now.Nicole & Baby said:

overall, well you know. you have one the the all time tough cats, up there with emmy's dude and PJ's cagney. but he is happy and healthy and looks and feels great. so therefor here is the plan: keep on keeping on. all is well. enjoy the good number days and shrug off the not so good days. and ya never know what future will bring number wise, however here is a little funny thing about 'this kind' of number cat...they are pretty tough. survivors. ya know what i mean?
you are doing an awesome job with him. kudos!

My first thought when I opened your condo was that I was glad that J.D. was doing this during a PM cycle and you weren't running out the door to work (like usual) and worrying about J.D.'s numbers. The photos and J.D.'s method of treat abduction made me giggle. (My guys just chew threw the bag. Not elegant, but effective.) And I love that he sits and waits for steak (or shrimp). What a wonderful guy he is!
