Poor little guy. That must be very uncomfortable.

Syringe fed his antibiotics again earlier today, went well. Gave his food and insulin this evening. In a last ditch effort I offered some milk, he wasn't interested. Spoon fed a couple tablespoons directly into his mouth. Just trying to get his digestive system to respond with something, anything. He's not vocalizing any pain or straining in the litterbox. He does sometimes go in and out multiple times or circling and scraping the litter without using the bathroom right off.

I'd call the vet again tomorrow. It might be time for an enema, or at least an xray, to see if you can get things moving.
