well that was abit hairy for a while today. it took ages to bring him to a safe level with LOTS of yoghurt at gradual stages and hes eaten enough to feed a elephant (off his own back,he went to his food) to get his own bg back up bless him!
he went low the day before yesterday and I had to give yoghurt then too. I know protocol states 3 times of going low before a dose reduction but I just cant risk it as im back to work tomorrow. I can always up later but for now im airing on the side of caution!
he doesn't seem to get as lethargic now when he hits those greens which is a good sign and he comes and tells me. the day before yesterday he woke me and was sat on my bedside table by his test strips so I just knew something wasn't right.......as did he! hes a clever boy!
