Can you believe this, Wendy? I was really surprised! I had to go out today from AM +2.5 until AM +7. Although I had given a snack before I left @ +2.5 (I didn't test then because, well, AMPS 389), I came home to +7.5 83!!

I have to go out now for dinner but will be back at +9.5 and will definitely be testing before PMPS. I gave Eddie a BIG snack. LC + some MC. What does Eddie have in mind for tonight?

Good catch today! Look how fast he's breaking bounces now. :D

The 12 unit depot could still be in play, it typically influences 4-6 cycles after a reduction, on the higher end with larger doses. However, with SLGS, you reduce if they go under 90. He might be on a bit of a SRT roll, so I'd take that reduction.

Very, very strange: AM +7.5 83, +10.5 83, PMPS 83 Trifecta and a reduction to 10.

At AM +10.5 83, I was having to go to dinner and so I gave 2 tsp of LC just in case he went lower. That may result in a food-influenced PMPS but at least he didn't go lower. It's the 83 x 3 that's really got me wondering. I did a BG test on Blue and his own numbers came up so the meter isn't stuck or faulty.

You have a few options. You can skip, do a BCS (smaller dose, like half) or shoot full dose. If you shoot, you would have to stall to wait for the numbers to come up. SLGS says not to shoot until at least 90. The first two options will help drain the depot but result in temporary higher numbers. Full dose could mean some monitoring tonight. Or he could bounce.

What do you feel like doing?
