Vyktor will be back to the vet this afternoon for his post dental check up. The vet is not hopeful about being able to check in his mouth but we're going to give it a try.

We have another heatwave over the next 4 days (over 100 degrees fahrenheit) so it's going to get pretty uncomfortable but on the plus side his little ears bleed wonderfully when it gets so hot! I leave him with the air-con on (Meg has to make do with ice bottles no air-con at her end of the house :sad: ) but I turn it off for about 15 mins before testing times. Turning it back on again afterwards is probably like an extra treat for him :smile:

That's a lot of flat yellow. I think Vyktor is about ready to get back to work. Funny about using the AC off to get a good pokie and on for a pokie treat! :lol:

I agree with Linda -- that's a lot of flat yellow for Vyktor. I'll bet he's about to bust loose with some blue and green. :-D

Vet very pleased with how Vyktor's mouth is healing, all healed except for the big fang. That one is 85% healed and the stitch is just starting to dissolve. He had to give it a little swab. Vyktor had to be burritoed just so he could look and was going absolutely bananas by the time we left. He said we're going to give him a bad reputation - who's going to want to see the vet whose last patient has just come out screaming :lol:

I'm glad to hear Vyktor is healing up nicely! Ya know, a feisty kitty really IS a good thing, even though it's stressful for us beans. I hope that fang is all better ASAP.

Wow, Vyktor, what a nice cycle today! I remember you are opposite, so this is your summer. We are having 80 degrees today, and it's our winter season. I didn't quite word it it right in my condo as I do set an alarm to get up before the two hours pre-shot and take the dish away; I think that's why I am a zombie all day! :lol:
Now Vyktor, be a good boy at the Vetty and open wide; then when you return home, MumBean will reward you.
 
Vyktor, I know you have a reputation to maintain but let the vet help you out. I guess the visit didn't upset your BG too much, or maybe it did? Great to see you back on the blue floor. :-D Ugh on the weather!

Hi guys .. so glad the vet check up went well .. well, other then the screaming patient but anyone with a pet at the vets understands that :-D Number are looking really good, hope they keep going! have a great weekend!
