Good afternoon,
Here's yesterday's story:

Today, @ AMPS he came in, as I thought he would after last night's blues (up until +3), in the yellow zone. I had to go out to a meeting and couldn't do a +2 for today but got home in time for a +3: 79 (!!).

Like, Eddie, what is going on?

I had prepared his LC lunch but added to it a little gravy to keep him from plunging any further. Will test again in about 30 mins.

@Wendy&Neko @FrostD Are we surprised?
 
Eddie! Well, I wouldn't have expected a 79 but Eddie always does things his way lol I think I figured him out - every time you wonder out loud about the dose and better numbers, he does this :p
 
Well, that little gravy with the LC lunch seems to have done the trick. @3.5 94.
I'll take it. He's now grooming and padding on his favourite cushion.
I just don't know how Eddie manages to pull off these surprises with a straight face. :rolleyes::cat:
 
Just reinforcing the decision to stick with this dose. :D For now at least. Next time you have time to monitor and see a safe green, see what just LC will do. I'd love to see him surf some safe normal numbers for a while, to get used to them. And slow down that darn bouncing!

For sure!! I have to say that I gave only about tsp of gravy on top of LC, so that's something. And, yes, it certainly does reinforce sticking with this dose.
I'm going to be posing the question soon about 'holiday dose" as I'm going to be away for work for two days...

Seems the bounce was in the cards (or in the gravy or the phases of the moon, who knows). But here we are @ PMPS, after the beautiful greens and blue, at 346.

@ +2 gave 2 tbsp: mix LC and a little MC because that's quite a dive. Now should I give just MC?
