Good evening,

I feel quite insecure. Binie is on Lantus six weeks today and I feel there is not much improvement. Today I changed the dose from 2 IE to 2,25 IE.

It would be super helpful if someone could take a look at the spreadsheet and give me advice! Are we heading in the right direction? Is this normal?

Any chance you could eliminate or cut back the dry food? How high in carbs are his foods? He hasn’t hit the breakthrough dose yet.

Thank you! The dry food is very low in carbohydrates but I guess the carbs are digested quicker than in wet food. I know the dry food is a problem but I tried to get her away from that for years. Now I don't want to be too strict, because I worry if she is not eating.

I be.uecebits the opposite. Wet is easier to digest. Dry stays with them longer I think.
