Good morning!
AMPS 153 shooting 1.5u

Boomer let me sleep last night! I didn't wake up until 3:45; found Boomer laying next to me, and went back to sleep. The only time he called me was after his +3....we had just gone to bed....after he eats he takes a tour around the house looking out the windows and then comes to the bedroom. But the last two or three nights he stands at the door and calls me, like he doesn't know where I am.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: He ate most of his overnight fuds but left a bit in the +9.

Allen ate well overnight.

Today on the agenda: I'm hoping to get a Dr appt for this afternoon because my knee isn't feeling any better. I've already called; the office doesn't open until noon today (I believe he does some time in the Emergency room in another city) and the voicemail said "please call back during office hours as we do not return messages". Nice. :p:rolleyes:

+3 173
??????
I don't know what he's doing. It looks like a bounce but from what? He was already heading upwards at +3 last night so I doubt very much he dropped after that then made it back up to 153 this morning.
He was green during the last half of yesterday's AM cycle but not low green and there were no big drops.

He's being a cat???? They do like to keep us guessing. At least he looks like he's heading towards the lagoon!

Looks like today was what I call a "rest day" for Boomer. :cat:

I hope your knee improves soon. Knee injuries can be frustrating. I injured my knees on a backpacking trip in the early 1970s and I still have to be careful. For years I had to strap them up with Ace bandages before a hike, just for the support. Work on strengthening the muscle just above the knee cap: straighten the knee by pulling up the quadricep muscle. If you can get one of those lightweight, nylon fabric/ copper thread compression sleeves, they will help a lot, providing just enough compression to heal the injury (not a huge amount of compression like the various uncomfortable knee braces on the market).
Do you know what you were doing when the injury occurred?

Hi Ella,
Thanks for the info!
I gave in and visited my Dr late this afternoon. There is a muscle that starts at the side of the knee and goes down the back of the leg....I injured the top of the muscle which is why my knee hurts but also why I have tension in my calf. Likely overenthusiastic exercising was the cause. He said to elevate and put ice on it for 20 minutes 4 times a day. And he gave me some stretches to do.

Good remedy. Always remember RICE (Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate).
