Sorry I’m late ! Salem got hes morning shot in time ! lol
I just forgot to post my condo !
A weird thing has happen . One drop I had mentioned called me acting like nothing happen . Well they called me again Friday . I didn’t answer . Well this morning I got an email . Jeff himself explaining they had a lot of issues come up the last few weeks . I guess he had a lot of customers calling with the same issues . He explains they sat down trying to fix out what was going on they think they have found the solution and updated the app . They apologized and said sometimes people just don’t get it and they hope they have figured out a solution to make one drop a better company . They ask that you give them another try to update the app and if you have any questions or problems to please call or email them . Well I’m sorry I have gone on . They wouldn’t listen to me . I was patient I’m sorry they have had a hard time . I knew something was terribly wrong . I knew I had tried ? But I just love my sugr now . I wish them all the best ! Never would I wish bad on anyone but it’s over sorry one drop ...
Salems sugar is up this morning ? Its not bad but it was great the last two days ? Oh well I will just watch see what happens the next few days .. weird he’s got a lot of the same numbers from yesterday and the day before ?

Yes I think so too . But I feel
Like they should have listened to begin with before they let it get away from them . I know something was wrong but I just decided to leave cause he seemed to blame the issues On me . Then I guess he lost too many customers and realized he was wrong . I still think I would have had problems even if they did see the my problems were real . It started affecting his pocket so he finally looked into it more instead of blaming me . So I wish them well but I’m into mysugr . I hope no one else has issues it’s a really good system minus the customer service not taking the customer seriously . I worked in customer service too . I know how people can be so that’s why I continued to keep trying to work with them . But I realized too I couldn’t help them only they can help themselves . I’m sorry it had to effect his wallet before he would see it . But I’m glad they realized it though . Even mysugr new customers are mentioning this company that gave them the same issues but they dnt mention the company’s name . At first I wanted them to pay for what they did to me then I said no I’m a better person than that . I will let them find out on their own and Let God handle it . And I see that’s what is happening ...
 
Yes he just emailed me this morning . Now he’s calling on a sunday and texting me to please contact him . It must be bad ? I’m so sorry .its just too late dude ! I want to tell him again but I decided it’s best to leave it alone. I done told him I was done with it .
 
I guess since I do not wish to talk to him I need to block him ? Phone and emails but I hate hurting people’s feelings. But he didn’t mind hurting mine but he’s pocketbook is hurting now . So I guess I better just block him so he won’t keep trying with someone who does not wish to try again with them . So sad.. I guess I need to stop talking abt it too . Sorry everyone ..guess I talked abt it so much I bored everyone ? Must be why no ones texting me no more. Sorry :(:(:(:(:(:(
 
I got the same email...update the app. Mine works and I already had the update...

It's up to you as to whether or not you respond. If you have time, etc. you may want to call him back just to say again no harm, no foul. You've moved on to another company.
