Yesterday's gold-medal trampolining

After spending all day yesterday in the red, I was really surprised to see Ivana wearing yellow when she climbed up onto the bed for her AMPS test. I was so excited that the bounce was breaking already! Alas, her +2 was a bit of a skyrocket so likely still in the bounce I guess, we shall see what +5 brings in 20mins.

Sheesh - talk about being a trampoline expert! Gonna take a while til she feels comfy in green again. But at least you know she can get green on this dose. Hang onto that.

Her appy is great! I have a new secret weapon - nutritional yeast flakes. I pinch or two of that mixed in to her food and she's going nuts for it. So much so that after serving her brekky, by the time I got her shot ready and then dragged hubby out of bed to give it to her, he asked me if I'd fed her or not - she's already scoffed the whole lot down and was asking for more (I didn't give her more though, as I want her to be hungry at lunchtime.).

Sure does. I use it all the time as a cheese substitute, I love it! Great source of B vitamins too

Mmmmmm nutritional yeast - do you have the uncheese cook book? I have that yeast in my cupboard too, never thought about trying it on Vyktor - that's another potential trick up my sleeve thanks

No, but I do have Vegan Artisan Cheese, and Non-dairy Formulary - not that I've actually made anything out of either of them, but one day...

Glad Ivana has quite the appy. I am not familiar with yeast flakes, will look into them as could be a good tool for my tool box in the event that we need it. Get off the trampoline Ivana, your hair will get all mussed.

Oh you're right! I only noticed the two that were consecutive. And then her PM+5 was 364, basically no movement again. BUT, it looks like bounce may be breaking as we just got a 216 for AMPS
