*I tested at +12 and fed, then I went to get my 2nd cup of coffee and realised I didn't give his insulin...and then I found that I never took his insulin out of his carry bag last night. So I gave him his unrefrigerated insulin at +12.5 :roll: I swear, it has something to do with all the yummy strong coffee I drink when I work the late shift on Sunday's. I makes it hard to sleep on Sunday nights. You would think someone my age would know better.
His cartridge is about ready to be replaced, but I was hoping I could wait until this weekend to start a new one. We'll see.

J.D. ate his 1st breffis and I don't know where he is, he's not in his bed.. found him, he's hiding in the bedroom, because he saw me go through his carry bag looking for the insulin and is afraid he's going to work with me again, today.

Good morning!

Poor JD, thinking he had to go to work again! :lol: I guess cats don't like it any more than we do. Paws crossed that his insulin didn't poop out in the carry bag overnight. :YMHUG:

I did the same thing with our insulin vial yesterday morning. I too could replace at any time, but would like to get as much out of our vial as we can before switching to our cartridges!

Fingers and paws crossed that JD comes down soon! Hope you're having a good night, my fellow early bird! LOL

I got home from work pretty much at +12 anyway, so the late shot this morning was really kind of moot (sp?).

I just went to get out a new ten pack of syringes, and the pack I picked had the zero line back down away from the top of the syringe (like they used to be, a couple of weeks ago). It's a good fats difference, I would say.
So, I just went through all 5 of my remaining ten packs and 4 of them have the zero line a little amount away from the top of the syringe, and 1 pack has the zero line right at the top. I guess I'll use the last pack with the line at the top first, and then this weekend start the other ones. I marked it in my spreadsheet. I meant to mark the spreadsheet before when I found that first oddball syringe, but never did. So, this weekend, will be a "dosecrease" because of the syringes.
I just hope all ten in each pack are the same. They better be.

J.D. is fine. He ate a lot when I got home from work, and went outside in the 59 degree :-D weather for a bit.
I gave him a TOR but it doesn't seem to have done anything. He's starring at me right now.

Time for bed for us.
