Blaze ate this morning, hoping he keeps it down. He had some white eye discharge again this morning. Last time he had this, it was on the 8th of February. I think it has to do with his stomach being upset rather than something that is only eye related. I emailed the vet. Will talk about this and a possible ultrasound during march break.

I hope he keeps his food down and whatever was bothering him is over.

Blaze hasn't eaten much from 5 am until 1 pm today. I looked at the camera. He has not vomited though. He started to eat more food after 2 pm today...last night he actually ate a little bit of Ash's chicken pate, I couldn't believe my eyes.
Overall though he is not himself yet. This morning I couldn't find him anywhere...he goes to places that he has never gone before, kinda hiding spots...so it takes me a while to find him. This morning he had whitish discharge again from the eyes.
I have booked an appointment at the clinic and on March 16th, he will do a full senior blood work profile (to show how his organs are funcioning) and an ultrasound.
Hopefully I will get some answers.

Poor Blaze. When dies your cousin think you can get the ondansetron? Maybe he will decide fish caused his nausea and start to eat other proteins. Fingers and paws crossed.

My cousin is supposed to get in touch with her this week. He said he will let me know

He is not eating...tonight it will be crazy again

He ate some food 20 min ago...only thing i was able to get him to eat was low carb....no luck with med or high

Add a little honey to the next feeding. Did he get cerenia this morning?

Yes he did i gave it to him this morning

I am hoping ondansetron will really help. It often works better for nausea. No hairball yet?

No hairball yet...he doesn't wanna eat. I put honey on my finger and put it in his mouth

Are the mc and hc foods pate or pieces?

Nope...he is good with both textures, pieces and pates

Yes the mc is tuna, the hc is white fish and the low carb is trout.

I wish cats weren’t so lucky about food. I have two foodies now and pray that never changes.

If tomorrow morning he is low, I am skipping again or I am giving a token. I don't trust he will eat. Tonight it was pure struggle to make him eat anything and at least i was here tongue him honey

He just ate some trout, low carb but better than nothing

I think you will need to skip unless he’s pink. Good he’s eating a little.
