After four days of green and blue Vyktor finally let me get some sleep last night. Weird thing is I feel tireder this morning than I have done throughout, go figure!

On another note today (tomorrow for you) is the 50th anniversary of the first American in space (John Glenn). It is big news here because NASA requested that the lights be left on at Perth airport to see if they were visible from space. Aussies being Aussies the whole city joined in and not only were the airport lights left on, the street lights were left on and porch lights were left on everywhere as well as people hanging lights from their clothes lines with white sheets over the top to amplify the effect. At 11.37pm Friendship 7 passed over Perth and indeed the lights were visible thereby giving Perth it's nickname -the City of Light. :smile:

Hi Serryn, nice Vyktor let you get some sleep. It just may have been hard to come down after all the adrenaline rush, as was mentioned by Linda. Thanks for that milestone anniversary date info on John Glenn and Perth, the City of Light, very interesting.

Looks like Vyktor and Zener are following the same pinkus pathus post blue-green cycles! They are so considerate to let their poor beans get some rest! And thank you Aussies for lighting it up for the astronauts back in the day, which I remember quite well. We had a tv brought into our classrooms to watch the show.
