Hi Carla, is this a long weekend for you? Hope it's a good one. We're getting another big snowstorm and sub-zero highs today! It is cold!!!

I just picked Furball up and thought I smelled insulin. I hope it wasn't a fur shot this morning.

No long weekend. I don't get very many holidays where I work.

Yesterday I didn't feel very well. I hope I'm not getting another sinus infection. Our weather has gotten really cold. It dropped from the 40sF yesterday to 5F this morning and it was very windy. We had wind gusts up to 50mph yesterday and it caused whiteout conditions when it happened to be snowing. We had flurries on and off yesterday afternoon and evening. We still only have a dusting of snow on the ground. They're warning of wind chills of -10F to -20F today.
 
I didn't feel great yesterday either Carla...and the same today...must be the weather, huh? And $%!@ I know how frustrating "maybe furballs" can be--it's the not knowing that irks me !!!
 
Sure hope you're not getting sick again Carla! Those big changes in temperature usually come with big changes in barometric pressure which can make us feel icky too.

Looks like maybe this morning's shot was a furshot since she's still climbing, with some bounce included too :(

Carla, I sure hope Furball didn't get a fur shot this morning. I've done that often enough to know how discouraging it can be. If she got a "miss," though, she'll get back on track.

C'mon Furball. Show the bean you got your juice. Slide on down.

Darn on the fur shot. Been there, done that - too many times! I hope she comes down with tonight's shot and gets right back on track.

Keep it safe out there in that weather, Carla. Sorry you have to work tomorrow. Where I used to work, we didn't get many holidays off, either.
 
Bummer on the furshot...I'm sure you will see some blues soon, though! We have the same nasty weather here...this morning the wind chill was -11, and tonight it's dipping below zero without the wind. Being that cold is just exhausting. I hope you're feeling better!
 
I don't know if it was a fur shot, a bounce, or both, but at least she seems to be heading back down. She's feeling good, despite the high numbers.

Our forecast is for a winter storm to come in starting tomorrow morning. They are predicting 8" to 10" of snow between tomorrow morning and Tuesday morning. It will surprise me it we get that much, but you never know.
