J.D. had CPC this morning :-D and he peed in the litter box :-D just waiting for poo.

When we got out of bed, Ginger and J.D. headed right to the litter box, but Ginger won, and J.D. won't often get in with her, unless he has to go real bad. So, J.D. walked off and peed on the living room carpet. I cleaned that up and later when he peed in the litter box, he got lots of "Good Boy!"s and lovings and treats.

Yay for CPC this morning. Sorry about the pee on the carpet. At least he did use the lb later.

I'm sorry to hear about the accident on the carpet, too. I hope that the next dose will help to bring down those #s. Hang in there, Dyana. :YMHUG:

Go J.D.! So awesome on the CPC. Not so much for pee on the carpet...but wonderful on the litter box later! :-D I'm sending poo vines, and sliding ones too!

I like the cute pictures of J.D in his bed and with his coat and Ginger too. Sorry about the pee on the carpet, but he did use the LB box later.

Yay for CPC and lb use. Booo for carpet peeing. Have you thought about getting a second box? The experts say you should have at least as many boxes as cats, and some say plus one. When we had 5 cats we had 7 boxes (we also have a two story house, so more made sense). When we lost Kisa, the cats were so used to the boxes we had that we decided to keep them all, and we rarely have "accidents" (knock on wood). It really doesn't take that long to scoop them all, and since I started using liners in all but the giant one (they don't make liners that big), scrubbing day isn't bad, either.

Hope J.D. repeats yesterday's slide for you.
 
I got busy with getting my car out and other snow issues, and J.D.'s shot was a little late tonight.

I knew someone would mention that. I could use a box in the bedroom :roll: I suppose. They used to have boxes in the basement, but I don't like J.D. going downstairs when I'm not home. I had an extra large box with high sides and a doorway, and he kept putting all four feet in the litter and peeing out the door. So I bought a 35 gallon container that holds about 80 pounds of litter and that's what they use now. I cut a door in the side and J.D. likes to put all four paws in the litter and pee out the door. So, I put a pee pad outside the door. :roll:
This morning, I felt bad, because after he peed in the litterbox and got all that praise and those good treats and lovings, he tried to do it again a little while later and climbed all the way into the litterbox, and peed inside, and I should have been there for him... :sad: and praised him and treated him, but my phone rang as my ride to work was here. He then went in again and pooed just a bit and I gave him some reward.

Anyway, tonight, I put out a can of 12%? FF Roasted Chicken for the cats to share and J.D. ate most of it. :thumbup
He is now sitting on the couch waiting for the T.V. and Animal Planet to come on (just kidding).

I'm off to go visit my elderly neighbor to make sure she's okay.
 
Great news on the appy! That's what we like to see JD. Bummer on the carpet pee. We only have one box but they are patient with each other. Have a great night Dyana!
