@Wendy&Neko Looking at these numbers I'm thinking doing a curve with the .5u increase at AM on the 10th might be premature? Is he not adjusting to the increase?

Thanks, Carla. I decided since the dose changed only yesterday that it doesn't really make sense to do the curve today. I can do a curve on the 14th.

If you want to wait until tomorrow to do the curve, that'd be fine. Then any NDW should be over. The goal of the curve is to get an idea when he onsets and nadirs. Looks like onset is somewhere in the +3 to +4 range. Tomorrow you might want to test at +3 or +3.5 to try to narrow that down a bit. Note, you don't have to do a curve if you can get some of this data on other days. Still TBD is when he nadirs on a typical cycle.
