The Libre can be unreliable in lower numbers. You want to crosscheck a number with a meter if you are going to take a reduction based on it. Like the 77 on on 28/9. Maybe you should also consider a lower reduction point like 70 rather than 90 - considering his history of DKA. And lastly if you see an active cycle, you feed every hour or so to prevent a reduction with food, if possible.

Anw I'm bringing him for a checkup to get his insulin prescription at a new vet this coming Thursday.
So hopefully no other findings from there.
