02/08/2019 Nigel AMBG 99, PMBG 82

He got a squeeze and a firm “no.” If he decides its time for me to wake up, he’ll start by hovering over me and purring loudly and if that doesn’t work, he’ll poke my nose with his paw. If I bury my head under the covers, he’ll start batting the blinds next to me over and over. Hoping the new feeder that is supposed to arrive today will curb that behavior.

Grant, if you are not familiar with Simon's Cat, do look it up on the Internet. It's little cartoon movies about cat behaviour and your description of Nigel's antics immediately reminded me of Simon's Cat. There are plenty of them for hours of kitty laughter when you need some tension relief!
