Hi,

Yesterday viewtopic.php?f=9&t=35958

Miss Witty seems to be doing ok. I didn't sleep well though, last time I looked at the clock it was 4:15am. I worry about her all the time now. I have to rush off to an eye doctor appt. Will check Whiskers BG when I get home, and read my PM's

Thank you.

Re: 02/05 Whiskers 234 +6 208

Hi,

Her +6 is 208. I mentioned yesterday. I think her nadir has changed to +3. Will get a +3 tomorrow. Whiskers seems really good. I'm hoping we found her tumor and Cushings early and can have time together.

Thank you again for DCIN and the fundraising they continue to do on our behalf o:-) . We are soooo grateful. The costs mount very quickly with sick pets.

hi guys! You continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. I too hope that detection was early - there are miracles all the time. Mannie and I send many many healing vines to Whiskers. ((((HUGS))))

Just read the results you got...so sorry for the bad news, but it does sound like you have a good plan in place. I'm so hoping you get some answers to help Whiskers. Sending positive energy, healing vines, snowflakes, etc to you all. :YMHUG:

I'm sorry I missed posting in your condo yesterday, but I wanted to say that I'm sorry about Whiskers' diagnosis but it sounds like you have a good plan in place. I hope you'll be able to have some more good quality time together. Cats are amazing fighters, so with you on her side I know Whiskers will be happy and will keep fighting.

It might just mean she has a 'boyfriend' outside somewhere and is in search of the best window to view!

Its hard when you know they are sick...you watch their EVERY move. And, its hard to decipher between what is them just being a cat and feeling unwell.

Have you ever read this?

(((((((((cheryl))))))))) Sleep is good for everyone! I hope you will get some.

Cheryl,
Rocket does the same...he stays for a short time then leaves...sometimes he stays longer....and yes i know he is not well so i know the reason for leaving my side...and i worry too...but i figured...i have to let him be even if later on i check on him to see he is still breathing while he is in the tub....rather than turning the light on...i bring a flash light and i make sure i don't disrupt his sleep and quietly check on him....half the time he doesn't even notice i check on him...i do it oh so very quietly....the worst part of getting used to his demeanour....is that he no longer as of Jan 24 goes into our bedroom...he avoids it altogether...and that is heart breaking...he used to sleep on our bed and his bed...but not anymore...

so i understand where you are coming from....but i would say....as hard as it may be....to let Whiskers just be....i know easy said than done....took me a long time myself....

still keeping you both in my prayers....

Cheryl, I'm so sorry to hear the news. I'm glad you are Whiskers' mom and I'm sure she is too. I hope you can get some good rest tonight...both of you!
