Lucky 7s to start our week. I'm still not sure what to do with this dose. Increase? Decrease? Stay the same? It's been way over 3 weeks meow.

I was supposed to go back to work tomorrow but I'm feeling under the weather. There's definitely something going around. Since I don't like flying when I'm sick I think I'll take few days off to get better.

I wouldn't increase. You could try a reduction since you're not feeling well if you want but I second Elise and stay the same.
