yesterday's post

Ms. Freckles decided to bounce around a bit this morning...
So with only feeding her breakfast she managed to get low numbers yesterday afternoon. I know it's better on her body for her to have food throughout the day, but it's also better for her body to be in lower numbers. So is it worth experimenting to only feed her once in the morning instead of also having snacks prior to her AM nadir?

There are also a few other variables regarding the low numbers yesterday: trip to the city; stay at the vets for the afternoon; house all to herself; relatively new increase to 7.5u; and possibility of some breaking of the resistance. Since cats tend to do their own thing, it's hard to say what actually caused her to go down to the green zone at shot time.

Thoughts?

Hoping @Wendy&Neko can stop in sometime today and share thoughts/experience.

Yesterday during the day could have been a bounce breaking cycle. I would keep giving her small meals until nadir (you're welcome Freckles). Besides being easier on her body, you want her to get used to the idea of having snacks available, for the time when she finally goes lower and needs to have food around.
