What does the little sun glasses beside our title mean ? That we are looking at other posts ?


Edit: Daniels got a doctor appointment at 11 am I think I will stay at 1.75 units one more day and then decide .

I think we need to go on a diet lol ! Salem honey ! What happen mommie over did it ! Oh my Word mommie ! He looks like a fat rat ! Too much loving ! No really we really over did it ! I didn’t think it was this bad ... til Daniel rolled him over ! That’s why he can not jump up in bed no more !

Wow! He’s twice the man he was when I saw him last :p But he was WAY too thin then, for such a long and tall guy.

You guys are doing great, I’m proud of how well you are doing with Salem. He looks good, and so do his numbers. Congrats!!

I'm not sure about the increase after that 61 yesterday. That doesn't give you much room for an increase. It is hard to not feed a diabetic cat too much when you have to manage numbers. I hope Daniel's appointment went well.
 
Thanks ! Yes he’s gotten big ! Thanks Sandi ! We had a great teacher !!! And a lot of great advise from these great people here on the board ! I think he needs to slow down lol I been weighing him we knew he was 22 lbs again but I had no idea til daniel rolled him over this morning ! I’m like wow Salem we really over did it ! Time to slow down but your right it’s hard to not feed a diabetic cat ! I thought after he’s sugar got better he would slow down being so hungry ... guess not ! He still meows at me I’m hungry !!! Lol .. Daniels appointment went well . He is doing great too . We haven’t let him out of our sight since he relapsed but it’s time to let him do this on his own . Only he can do this . It’s hard though . He’s ready to go back to work and he’s got some paying back to do . He’s room is terrible that’s first thing . New floors is first on the list to fix . he’s always been messy though . Drives me crazy . He’s not lazy just doesn’t clean like he needs too . But once he does he does a great job . He’s always been a hard worker like he’s daddy . I pray for his safety everyday . I think he’s learned he’s lesson this time . we learned all his tricks he cnt fool us no more ! We know all the signs now ! He’s a great young man just made the wrong mistake . I never thought he would do something like this we always had them in church going to school, we had them Working hard and we always spent time with them . We Always knew where he was most of the time . We always been a close family . The Doctors say he just hit a rough point in his life he didn’t know how to deal with death especially as much we had happening that year especially with his granddaddys cancer . I think he wants to honor his granddaddy now . Grandaddy found out before he passed we couldn’t keep it from him but so long he had a big talk with him I think granddaddy's been by his side in he’s head and in spirit . He’s serious and ashamed of it . We make mistakes we learn from it . Just glad he didn’t kill himself this time . He’s last time I hope ! He’s got a hole in his heart he had a stroke he cnt touch that stuff he will die .
I think we keep Salem in 1.75 units for now. Have a great night everyone . Get well everyone ! We will weigh Salem again ... I’m Curious what he is now ! Lol
