Well, look at the AMPS he gave me for April Fool's Day! He was at 157 at the overnight +7 test. I'd given him a 75:25 mix of HC:LC in his bedtime snack because he'd dropped a lot from PMPS to +3 last night (371 to 241). I think most of the food experiments have to be in the PM cycle, maybe MC for supper and mostly HC at bedtime. I haven't yet tried giving a teaspoon or so of HC at +1 in the evening. Too many variables ...
ETA: my MC is always a mix of LC and a gravy style wet food in varying ratios. Easier than keeping three kinds of canned food on hand.
