I'm guessing "panicky liver" as she appears to be settling down a bit. At least the liver didn't panic too much this time.

If you want to try to bring her down into more green, you could try adding a drop to her dose. You would need to keep up the monitoring just in case it drops her lower in the middle of the cycle.
