Strange. J.D. was playing for over half an hour this morning, and kept waking me up. Normally, he will play-fight with Ginger very briefly, and then make those awful animal noises afterwards. This morning started with me and Ginger. Ginger was playing catch the hand under the blanket and J.D. was watching. When Ginger ran off, J.D. Swiped at my hand once and I told him "Good Boy" as he hasn't played that game in years (like 10 years, since Ginger joined the family).
Then I kept being awakened by them. J.D. was chasing Ginger all over the house. HE was doing the chasing. He was trotting and galloping and making quick stops and turns, while Ginger retreated from him, and only occasionally did they do the more agressive play-fighting. I only heard J.D. do a little of the weird animal noises when he was all done.
It was amazing. They usually only play for a minute or so. This went on for at least a half hour, while I tried to sleep.
Maybe the Cosequin is helping J.D. Maybe, they just didn't want me to sleep on my day off.. Anyway, I'm happy, because to me it seem like progress. I was suprised he was so high when I finally got around to testing at +5. That makes me mad that he chooses my day off to sit in the pinks, but oh well, what can ya do :roll:

I brought home a couple of cans of FF Flaked Trout Feast from the grocery store, because I knew J.D. likes them.
I cracked open the can a little bit, after this test, and let J.D. smell it, and My God, he acted like it was HC, he tried to eat through the can, he was going crazy for it. So, he got that for his 2nd dinner. It's so nice to make him so happy..on LC.

Awww, Dyana, what a happy story about JD playing with Ginger, longer than usual. 
Checks loves that trout FF too. The shrimp and fish (dark blue label) was his alltime favorite, but we don't get it here anymore.
