No green last night, but that's okay. Maybe I shouldn't have fed at +9.25, but J.D. woke me up by nipping at my cheeks then, and I want him to know that he can wake me up that way and feed him, in case he ever needs me in the middle of the night. So I gave him 1/4 can of 0% FF Fish and Shrimp.

This morning, he ate his 1st breffis just fine with the Cosequin in it.
If he was dropping or I had concerns, I would have taken him to work with me today, but I think I'll leave him at home.
1 more tbp day, and then TWO DAYS off :mrgreen:

Yes indeed as annoying as it is sometimes...we want them to wake us up for a food request. I complain about Attie doing this with a timed feeder, but there have been times where he missed an earlier meal, the last meal is eaten, but it is only 3am and he needs the food boost.

Such is the worship of a F.D. caregiver...


Very pretty blue this morning for J. D. too.

Good Morning Dyana! Not a bad start for JD today. I'm the same way with Willow, if he wakes me up (which is rare), I always jump up to check out the food situation and get a bg.

that's very brave of you, to teach J.D. how to wake you up in the middle of the night. I predict nightly +9.25 wake up calls from now on. :mrgreen:
 
Hi Dyana, JD is indeed a very smart kitty, knowing to wake the bean means shrimp snack. Glad Checks doesn't read condos.

Out in this weather? Yowzer!! Silly cats. :-D Tomorrow is gonna be worse. I'm sure NJ isn't any better than NY.
 
It was a short walk, just around the courtyard. We came back inside and the kitties had their 2nd dinner (already :roll: ) and then went to bed.

Thanks guys. J.D. does learn new tricks real fast.
But, it's good he knows how to wake me up, if he really needs to, even if my check hurts afterwards. It's better than the hair pulling he does to my bangs sometimes.
 
most of us would be thrilled to have such a handsome guy wake us in the middle of the night!
