Come on down a little bit more, Tray!
FWIW, Spot is doing wonderful on Lev. I like it and with the information I gathered, I chose it over Lantus. Of course, it would be better if it would let Spot go OTJ for a long time rather than the off and on stuff we went through, lol. But at least we got to celebrate an OTJ period!

I took a look at your SS, and I'm seeing a tad bit more yellow, but not quite enough. I remember Blackie getting to 4.75 before she decided that she wanted to take control and didn't need as much insulin. I know ECID. It sounds like that your vet is on board with all of this, though, which is wonderful. :)

I KNOW I"m not an expert on all this. Hopefully, someone with more knowledge can tell you what they see. Wishing you better #'s for you all! :) Otherwise, you're doing a very wonderful job. :)

Nice low yellow AMPS for Tray this morning!
We have been on Lev since switching from Vetsulin ...and I have been liking it. It seems that Shadow nadirs at about +8 usually when the dose is right.
It's make-up is different from lantus, being made with baker's yeast instead of e coli... http://www.diabeteshealth.com/read/2007 ... difference

Here is a video you might find interesting... http://www.novonordisk.com/images/diabe ... movie.html

I think Miriam and Putty switched...and Sooty and J.D...and who else? There are others too....guess it's worth a try. If you do decide to go with Lev, I wish you and Tray the best of luck...and numbers!

Morning! Tray has a nice low yellow which is great--Hope the vet visit goes well & you do the best thing for Tray--
WE were on humilin N, and switched to lantus, & have been ever since! It works for Moonie & I..have a great day & good vet visit..HUGS!
