J.D. woke me up at +7.25 and hungrily ate 1/4+ can of FF Roasted Turkey. I fed him again about an hour later and he hungrily ate.

I did wake up this morning to some Playdoughy like poo on the carpet. At least it wasn't runny and it wasn't particularly stinky.

He ate his 1st Breffis, and got his morning bupe.
I am a little absent minded this morning. I pulled off a bit of pill pocket to give him his Cerenia and gave him the pill pocket without ever putting the Cereinia in it, twice. Third time was a charm and he got his med.

Knocking On Wood he feels better today.


I'm sorry I haven't been visiting condos much lately, my attention is more on J.D.


In answer to some late night posts to Yesterday's Condo. I do have some slightly expired fluids that the vet said last year would be okay to take to and use in California should they be needed.
I almost PM'd Marje to beg her to call me to walk me through how to attach the lines to the bag. But, I did the pulling up at the back of his neck and he didn't seem dehydrated. I have given fluids to him, like two or three times, a couple of years ago. So, it's been awhile. Anyone have the video on how to give fluids, just in case I need it?

I'm so glad to read J.D. ate and had a somewhat normal poo! We are still sending tons and tons of feel better prayers your way....

J.D. and I just got up from a good snuggle nap :cool: .

He ate his 3rd Breffis.

I am going to ask my boss if I can run home mid-day to give J.D. Bupe at 2:00pm, tomorrow and the next day.

I just called the vet to get more Bupe, syringes to measure the Bupe, and fresh fluids should they be needed. They unopened fluids I have been holding on to expired before we left for vacation last November.

Hi Dyana...I have been bad over the last week or so about reading condos.. Just read some of yours.
So sorry to hear about the issues with sweet J.D.
Glad you got some extra snigger time with him this A.M.!!!

Oh, those snuggle naps are the best! I kind of got one last night from Spot....but instead of snuggle I get chest napping, lol. 13 lbs. of kitty on my chest....purring up a storm! And this morning Gee decided that he wanted to curl up on the bed next to the pillow. That is about as close as he gets to cuddles in bed.

I hope the fluids work for JD. I'm so sorry to hear that he still is not feeling well. Will be sending loads of feel better and eat vines.

Give JD and Ginger some love from me!!

Hi guys .. well I'm glad J.D. is eating better for you and that the poo is somewhat returning to normal .. Glad to hear he doesn't seem dehydrated either .. It's so hard when our babies don't feel good .. keeping you in our thoughts and prayers ..

J.D. has eaten pretty well today. More than normal. I have not gotten any probiotic in him yet. I have to try to remember to do that tonight.

It's supposed really starting snowing pretty heavy tomorrow, right about when I want to run home to check on J.D. nailbite_smile I don't know if this is going to work.

J.D. gets a green smile for his green numbers today. He has eaten well. Just got his 8 hour Bupe dose.
I got a new vial of bupe and one syringe and some new fluids.

Sending vines daily to you and J.D. Hope the snow holds off so you can get home tomorrow to check on him.
 
J.D. ate some FF Kitten at PMPS.

I called my boss and told him I wanted to come home tomorrow and he said depending upon the weather he might not be in, and if it is too snowy when I go to return to work that maybe I can stay home for the day.

I was just looking everywhere for my few stashed cans of MaxCal. I couldn't find them, and finally after searching the house did. I haven't really eaten well in a week. I think it's affecting my brain.

I'm going to put some of the Ultimate Flora in the syringe with the MaxCal and get it into him that way.
No poos during the day today. He pooed like 4 times or so, yesterday.
 
Dag Nabit. I spoke too soon. He just went wet stinky poo (at least it was inside the litter box) and stepped in it.
One foot bath later..
 
Dyana...you're not eating well, J.D.'s wasn't eating...hmmmmm, is there a pattern here? :-D

Just kidding but seriously now that J.D. has started eating you need to eat too. Like I should be giving you advice about eating, ha ha ha, I eat cold pizza for breakfast and cheese & crackers or crackers & peanut butter for dinner just about every day.

So anyway sending more vines that J.D. continues to eat, and hit the litter box, and not step in it, and that Dyana eats, period.
 
Those are some pretty nice, green, numbers today, J.D. And it's good that you ate! Keep up the good work so your mamabean can relax a bit and buy herself some groceries.

glad he's eating better today - and what a great daytime cycle. (i'm covering that pmps with my hand.) what pmps? :lol:

he had a super day. take care of yourself. it's hard for your brain to remember things when you're feeling all stressed. fortunately, it seems a nap with JD helps with the stress.

hope it snows and you get to stay home with your little buddy tomorrow. :YMHUG:
