Went to the vet. She’s not concerned at this point. She’s comfortable with Haley being up to 250 but the vet’s normal is 160 which Haley was this morning. She not worried about her going up at night because she’s not going to jump to 400. She said she didn’t feel the need for blood tests. She said to go back to testing twice a week and she also wants to give her time to come down from the wrong foods. No insulin needed. Her weight is the same. She did an exam. I showed her Haley’s spreadsheet and she felt that she’s fine and she’s proud of how I’m taking care of her.

Even though the vet is comfortable with her numbers, now, and up to 250, I still would like to be more conservative and go by this board's numbers. I'd like to see what her numbers continue to do since she's going lower when she is going down. I'd like to still give her a chance to come down after my food mishap. After a reasonable amount of time, if she needs to go back on insuline, of course, I'll do that.

I forgot if her morning number was 160 or 180 so I used the average of 170.

She ate a good dinner. Acting fine. I give her a mini massage with her rice ball before I test her, every time. I show her the rice ball, first, so she knows. She loves it.
