I guess at least its progress. After tomorrows AM/PM dose it'll have been 7 cycles. Based on the testing, would you recommend an increase or should we wait to see what tomorrow brings? I know he has had nadirs between 90 and 149 which SLSG says means to stay at the same dose?
 
See what Wendy says, but I would increase to 2U. You might also want to consider a lower reduction point like 70 or 80 so that he can spend more time in lower numbers. With CKD in the picture, you want him to spend more time below the renal threshold. A little more insulin could give you longer stretches of lower blues and high greens. You test enough to keep him safe.
