Furball was happy & purry this morning despite the bounce.

Still no idea when we'll get water back. The Water Co.'s web site doesn't tell you what zones they'll lift the ban on next. It only shows what zones have been lifted. It's not very helpful. They made it sound like they would tell you what order they would be lifting the ban in. They lifted the ban on 4 zones yesterday.

Bummer on the pink, and the bounce. I will hope Furball heads down throughout the day. Nice and steady little one.

We have water at tbp. My co-worker lives in an apartment upstairs in the same building. She let me run upstairs and take a shower this morning. It felt so good. They've opened another zone this morning, but not where I live.

Oh, it's good to hear you will at least have water at work! And I'm glad you got that shower, that would be the worst part for me...ok well all of it sucks, I'm so sorry it's still going on :shock: Paws crossed your zone is cleared soon! I'm glad Furball isn't pulling anything too scary while this goes on, but I do hope he slides down out of that bounce and into some nicer numbers today :-D Have a nice Tuesday, Carla!

Good luck today for your water to be back on when you get home. It's good that you now have it in your workplace and that you were able to take a shower!

Furball, you are doing so well in the water crisis. Come down slowly today, OK?

Stinkus pinkus, Furball? Let's hit those blues and....stay flat! Glad you got a shower. Camping in your house is not really as fun as one might think. Hope they do your zone next - ugh!

That was a nice number to come home to. Still no water. They seem to have stalled out. They only lifted two zones this morning and haven't done anything since. They finally released a statement this afternoon asking everyone for patience and blah, blah, blah. How frustrating.
 
Furball has a nice blue surf going on tonight. :-D

They finally lifted the ban in two more zones this evening, neither of which are near my house. Some people in the areas where the ban has been lifted are reporting discolored water and the licorice smell from the chemical is still in their water. I didn't have any problems at work today or when I took my shower at my co-worker's apartment. It seems some areas are having problems and some are not. I just hope my water is okay when they lift our ban.

It was great to be able to wash my hands under running water at work today. Until you go several days without being able to wash your hands, you don't realize how important that is. It's hard to get cleaned up using baby wipes.

I'm glad the water is starting to come back...I can only imagine how challenging it has been. Sending tons of prayers that your water is back on (and usable) at home ASAP!!

That shower must have felt great. I've done some sailing vacations where we don't have enough water for showers, and boy does it feel good when you can find one. Fantastic that water has work, at least it's only part of your day without. I hope you get good water to your place soon.
