I am very excited too Sienne! However I'm just a little concerned this morning. I will just barely be able to get in a +2. Sam seems to be running pretty even, but if he is still in the 60s do you think I should give him just a little Karo in a small bowl of food along with his other food? I'm getting better at it, but it's still scary for me shooting this low.I hate that I can't check till +5.

Does that mean you're going out of the house at +2? If so, I'd get a +1.5. If Sam is still testing in the 60s, you can bump his numbers up with some HC and re-test at +2 and repeat if you need to. I'd leave out some HC food for him so snack on. When will you be back home?

Yes, I'm just getting ready to get a +1.75 & won't be back till just before +5. Will check in post in just a minute.

ok, just gave him about 1/3 t of Karo w little food & am leaving out HC food. Think he will be good.

So I was thinking about a doescrease for Sammy tonight. One reason is that he has been holding nice & low, & this morning he was obviously heading for a low bg before I left. Also, tomorrow morning if he does the same thing I will only be here to get the amps +1. Anyhow, you guys are the experts...any thoughts?
...I will get a +10 & +11 this eve to see how he's doing then.
