? 01/03 Molly AMPS 236- Question regarding diarrhea

I’m going to call the vet today, Molly still has diarrhea. Hopefully they can give her something for it. The probiotics didn’t work

I called the vet, a technician called. Wants a sample of her stool, run tests and if they find anything, I have to take Molly there and they prescribe a antibiotic, I'm frustrated why take her to the vet? is there anything I can try? probiotic isn't working.

Did they say what tests they would run if she goes in? Or what antibiotic? Metronidazole is often suggested, but the vet probably wants to know why there is diarrhea so know how to treat it. With diarrhea going on this long, something needs to be done and a vet visit might not be a bad idea.

No, the tech didn’t mention the tests or antibiotics. I started the Proviable paste? I wasn’t giving the paste to Molly. Where she doesn’t like it. But I have to just give it to her, see what happens. I started giving the paste last night. Lunch time today, bedtime tonight
