Woo! Shooting green today, Let's see where this goes!

I picked up another instant pot (I already have 1) but this one has the Sous-Vide function, I have already done steak and chicken but now I have a roast in that takes 48 HOURS! Holy cow! Should be ready Tomorrow for dinner. This should be fun!

In the beginning, when Yo started insulin, I was afraid that pumpkin would raise his BG. I haven't found that to be the case at all.

I found the same. It didn't affect him much if at all.

I'm familiar with Sous-Vide - I didn't care for it at all and sent the thing back...
