thanks for adding ur link...I'm assuming you stuck with the same dose as noted in ur SS?

Will u be able to get a +1 thru +3 this morning?

Please check back for dosing help for later ok?

yes I gave him a 3.5 and I checked on the food and I can't discern the carb content right off but it's Fancy feast Grilled something or other so i think it's one of the low carb ones.

thanks for the list ! Gentle ate Fancy Feast "Chopped Grill Feast" last night and this morning. I see this is really a 2% carb on the list.
We do have some cans of FF Grilled Turkey Feast 18%

I've marked the carb content on the cans with a felt marker based upon a print out from website provided. I imagine this information can be really useful when tweeking BG numbers.

I am glad you got all your cans marked; I spent a couple hours awhile back, marking all the cans I had and also put them in 3 separate bins, so now, I have bins for LC, MC and HC cans. It may seem a bit over the top, but I do feel better knowing that if I ever need a can of HC like quickly, all I have to do is reach into the HC bin.

I haven't had that type of situation occur, but I have given Shadoe some MC a couple times when she was dropping quicker than I could handle.

It will definitely help in the future for selecting the proper food for Gentle.
Who wants to be checking Binky's list when you need to give some food right away?

yes, I'm with you, we have a special food shelf now, with the LC,MC,HC all separated out.
Looks like Shadoe is in the "blue" for the new year! All the best! patrick

I'll probably give him a low carb snack now. Thank you all for your input, there is so much to learn and remember to watch out for. Sometimes I feel like I'm walking in a mine field. But fortunately he is a very resiliant cat! :D

Gentle still coasting in the green today, feels great, looks great.
since it's been a week on 3.5 dose, we were contemplating going down to 3.0 for the PM shot.
any comments or concerns?
