I wanted to give an increase todayโฆ.but yesterday Ivy really took a turn back to very loose poops and at dinner she did not want to eat her regular lamb meal
I had to feed her baby food and syringe some of it as well just to get the food into her. She didnโt get any of her supplements.
She ate baby food for her snacks last night, and I added S. Boulardii again to try to help.
There was another very nasty very loose poop episode around 11:30 PM and Iโm not sure, there might have been a puke in the box, too. It was actually hard to tell if it was poop or puke

Got that cleaned up and she did come to visit me a few times as I โsleptโ on the sofa near her. Not much sleeping going on, however

This morning she seems like she feels a little better, I was able to get her regular food with supplements into her, maybe 2/3 of her meal and gave her some baby food as well.
I gave her the vitamin B12 shot just now, hoping that will help since it is the second dose sheโs had.
The plan is to continue B12 injections for six weeks and then go monthly.
Giving the shot was easier than I feared, so that was good
Now I just need to source it at a better price than from the vet. Chewy is out of it but Jo sent a link to another source.
Back on Ondansetron and Mirataz again to keep any nausea away
I may give some fluids today too. Just a bit concerned since her ProBNP blood test was high (may indicate heart issues?). So I donโt want to give too much. May give 50 mls to be safe.
One of my vets feels it could be elevated due to the pancreatitis episode , so will recheck that again once sheโs feeling better.
So difficult balancing all the conditions, meds etc.
Sending good vines to all for a boring day
