I think I will increase tonight. Im out a lot of the day, leaving in an hour. Already starving and I actually was able to eat breakfast. I wont be able to eat again for another 4+ hours. I think I'll bring a snack with me for after. Im getting a CT scan. Hopefully it will show that everything is normal.
