URGENT acro cat this is the first time Virgil won’t eat before his shot. He is acro and his PS number is 309. He’s acting ok just like he doesn't feel good. What do we do?

We just started him on B12 tincture last night and this can’t be a coincidence. We are going to give a quarter of a Pepcid now.

Now he's puked twice.

Sorry for the late reply, but on the west coast and still asleep when you posted.

How is Virgil now? I hope he's eaten something by now. With Lantus, you do have a couple hours before the insulin kicks in, or onsets, to get food into him.

Pepcid isn't the best thing for vomiting, do you have any Cerenia (generic is maropitant) around the house, or can you get some from the vet. It's the best for vomits. What did the vomit look like? Food, foamy white, yellow liquid (bile)?

Can you tell us more about the B12 tincture, maybe a link to the product? Also, what is it for? Maybe we have suggestions for alternatives.
