We are seeing some nicer curves but I increased the dose today up to 2.75 Fat units. Trying to tweak her a bit, but gently

We got her lab results the other day and her T4 is now under 4, yay (so improved finally).
It’s better, but not perfect.
Vet wants to hold the current dose of Methimazole at 5 mg BID and retest in a month to make sure she’s stable.
Her calcium level was slightly elevated to 11.1 (normal is 8.2-10.8).
We will probably run an ionized calcium test to check on that

Ivy seems to be doing ok, but still needs encouragement to eat her snacks
