Possible Hypo not sure my cats BG is 66 at 12:30pm insulin was given at 7:30am

Just an FYI -- the dry food takes longer to work and also takes longer to leave your cat's system. You may want to keep some gravy based canned food (high carb food) for times when Bella's numbers are running lower than expected.

It looks like Bella has a tendency to drop from high numbers into really good numbers by mid-cycle. One thought would be to get a test by around +3. If her numbers are dropping quickly by +3, some of her usual low carb food may help to slow things down. That may be a useful strategy since she seems to bounce back into high numbers by her next shot time.

Ok, I do have high carb wet food, but didn't know if I needed to give it to her at that point or if she would even take it since she prefers dry food, but should I have given her high carb wet food after reading the 66 number?

Should I be reducing her amount to .50 or keep at .75

If you are following SLGS with Prozinc, you reduce the dose by 0.25u if numbers drop below 90.

Personally, I would have tried a bit of the high carb canned food first. If she ate it, no problem. If Bella refused it, they try the dry food.

Ok I will try high carb wet food next time, so based off of what you are saying and the prozinc SLGS since she has been consistently dipping below 90 mid day I should go down to .50
