Phew, really quick bounce break. Fed all 3% this cycle and she came down quick. Might have to add some more carbs tonight, this dose is definitely doing its job.

Had a nice day off with Bell. It is freezing out, so had a nice little lap-warmer while reading and drinking loads of tea
