Yesterday

Another nice bounce break, but we'll see if she goes right back up tonight.

She's struggling with me being back at work. Not eating at all while I'm gone, so she just had an epic puke session right after her dinner. And of course it is under the absolute center of my bed. Sigh. We march on...
Will she eat a catsickle (since she doesn’t like the feeder?)

Sorry about the puke under your bed 😢

Hope you have a calm night Seth 💕

Oof, well, puke solidarity; I woke up to find a hairball in the middle of my bed this morning. (On Gen's designated fleece blanket, so at least easily contained.) I hope she settles back into your work routine (and lets you sleep). ❤️

Honestly, I think it is more-so the fact that I'm not around to wake her up from her daytime nap. She eats perfectly fine from the same feeder at night. It is so weird. I think maybe she's sleepier during the day. I've also tried setting voice prompts with her feeder to wake her up, but that hasn't worked. I've watched her when that goes off - she'll look up from her nap, and then go "nah" and go back to sleep. Super silly. When she's in the greens she's hungry enough to eat.

gah it is the worst! My brain is now wired to wake up from a dead sleep and bolt for her when I start hearing the initial puke noises.

I genuinely have no idea how I could have slept through a hairball three feet from my head. I must have been unusually deep (normally a challenge for my brain, so I guess it's a good thing).

Seth - we need the pretty girls name on the subject line.;). Sending anti-puke vines your way.

I feel your pain with the bed. I finally convinced my husband to ditch the bed set and just slap it down over a box spring set. I'm so tired of them hiding (medicine time), barfing, and the pain of trying to clean under the thing.🙄 It's lower to the floor, but I don't care.
Also, I had suggested a friend with a diabetic cat purchase a camera set that allows her to view her cat while at work. It also has the ability for you to talk to them. She'll use it occasionally to wake up her cat when she's sleeping too long, and needs to get up to eat. We use Blink, and you don't have to buy a plan for it to work. I'm not on any. Just need an SD card.
Beautiful babies by the way. We love seeing the kids around here. 😁

I'm impressed! I have trouble with the deep sleep as well, so I'm glad you are getting some, even at the expense of 🤮

Thanks so much! Luckily mine is off the ground enough for me to crawl under it. Sometimes you just have to laugh (and then cry) and laugh again.

I may have to look into that camera. "psssst pssssssst get up Bell!"
