I was just looking at your spreadsheet notes. I don’t normally recommend feeding much after nadir because it can shorten the duration of the insulin. Of course there are exceptions to that based on health conditions, etc. Normally, I recommend small smacks at +2 and +4 and, depending upon the cat and situation, maybe something at +6. Naturally any time a BG test os done he would get a low carb testing treat!

Hi thank you for checking in, I really appreciate it! ( didn't see this, had a crazy day yesterday). He's doing well, eating his meals and seems in good spirits. I'm concerned about his high numbers and hoping for better cycles. I'm watching his numbers trend down right now from HI on the sensor to 288 but it's so unpredictable.

I was also thinking about his cycles and wondering what the usual hold is before increasing by .25. I'll cut the late meals, he just gets so hungry but I understand why it's better to hold off and maybe that'll help.
