Agree. Today’s number was so not good. Wondering what’s really keeping his number so high after we were doing so good with dose decreasing few month ago.

I know I need to have some patience to control his number like last time. But I really wish to know what is really the issue for him to get off from remission. 
I think you've had his teeth checked and eliminated all other possible health issues? Another reason for falling out of remission could be if he keeps getting into high carb food.Really hoping for that

One of the guess for falling out from remission was Gumung stealing a small amount of high carb food for another cat when I had to go out of town. But that was one year ago. I first guessed was from stress for leaving him for few days.
