Doing a token dose is more for you, than for him. If you are tired and don't think you can monitor tonight being one example. If you do decide to go that way, typically a half dose will help drain the depot. BTW, this is something I'd only suggest for someone whose cat is on a much larger dose/depot, unless the cannot monitor factor is there. Even with a BCS dose, the first half of the cycle can still be active, due to the depot.

I suspect hes going to go up, or bounce this next cycle. I can monitor so I'll do the full 1.25. I gave 50g 15% total. 20g @ +3 w/ drop of honey, 10g +3.5, 20g @+8 w/ drop of honey.
 
With my question on food, I was trying to figure out how hard you had to work to keep him up. Especially since he came back down again. PMPS may tell you if he's going to bounce. You can also feed slightly higher carbs tonight as an option. He's earned his reduction and has nothing to prove.

Pickle is doing so well 😻Good luck with the reduction as the depot rebalances (it can still have effect until it drains a bit).
