Ugh, sorry about the FS Seth! You know we all do it. It sucks, but she will be fine.
Please be kind to yourself and as Wendy mentioned, hope you got some sleep!! (If only we could bank that sleep)

Ugh. Soooo frustrating, I know!! Even when we know it's just a delay, it feels so crappy. I'm sorry, Seth. At the very least just be frustrated with the situation and not yourself; it just happens sometimes. I hope your girl doesn't have too much of a hiccup and is back to that progress quicker than expected!
 
Thank you very much! I’m mostly frustrated because she was on such a roll, and doesn’t usually string together flat days like she’s been doing. I know she’ll come back down, but I fear she’s not going to flat like she was. Can’t change it, we march on!

I completely understand and have been there. It's so annoying when you're finally seeing what you want to and then are afraid it won't come back the same way. 😭
