Looking like maybe a bounce break day today. Still a little early, need a crystal ball

Just activated her new Libre. Paws crossed for smooth activation as always

I spoke with my vet last night about the high B12 levels. He will speak with the lab about it.
He suggested stopping giving the Vitacost B12. Just hope it doesn’t make her neuropathy worse.

Interested in what the lab has to say (she wasn’t fasted for the labs).

Has anyone experienced high B12 levels and consequences?

I'm imterested about the high levels of B12 as well. I give Nestle the exact same one from Vitacost and I'm wondering abiut his levels now. Next time he has his blood taken I'd definitely ask the vet to check.

I also feel she will have a busy day.
Hopefully she stays in the safe zone.

Well she was low and wasn’t reading on the sensor for a few hours
But she’s on the chart now. I was sweating it earlier, Briana!!

I’ll keep you posted, Karolina. I have a feeling she was way over dosed on the B12.
Since I was giving a quarter of a capsule twice a day she was getting about 2500 mcg daily.
It looks like we will retest in a few weeks and hopefully we will get a true picture of her B12 with no supplementation
Always something to stress over.
I think in the future if I go back to dosing with that supplement, I will get the 500 mcg instead of the 5000 mcg dose.
