Happy to see a slight improvement in Noogi's numbers already. He went nicely into the greens last night!

Thanks Mary. And yes, I think it is working for him! No sign of him being in pain, and he's moving easily.

Fun development in the last couple of days - he seems to think the medicine is a treat! It's a liquid that I give him in a syringe in the mouth. Instead of trying to sneak it in the side of the mouth I started showing him the syringe and letting him sniff it first, and now he just opens his mouth and swallows it down. No idea what it tastes like but obviously it is not horrible. And I do think he might have figured out that it makes him feel better. He's such a funny and good boy!

I'm glad to see him getting back into "normal Noogi" numbers.
Also glad that the medicine seems a treat for him, Helen! That's a great development.
Jude's been taking Clavamox, and he's NOT happy about it. One thing about Jude: he is a sweet, gentle giant normally, but dude does not like medicine and is not afraid to let me know it

Sorry you are struggling to give Jude his antibiotic. I do understand! It's horrible when they get distrustful and, even worse, a bit aggro. Hoping you are close to the end of the course.
